For the past 60 days, birds and marine mammals have been found covered with oil in the 53 mile waterway that separates North America and Russia. Amplifying this situation is an inability to find the contamination source. State and federal officials are on red alert and U.S. Coast Guard Officer David Mosely gives us the latest details from the scene.
