At equine therapy centers around the country, horses are being used to help people with a range of physical and developmental conditions, such as cerebral palsy and autism. We visit one such center -- Maryland Therapeutic Riding in Crownsville, MD -- and talk with its founder about how horseback riding helped her heal following a devastating car crash.
